Individual & Couples Therapy
Greenwich, CT & New York, NY
About
I am a clinical psychologist based in Connecticut and New York. I conduct individual and couples psychotherapy with adults. My focus areas include men’s issues, fathering, high-achieving behaviors, finding better work-life flow, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and romantic relationship struggles. Many of my clients are strivers — individuals in demanding jobs pursuing high performance in business, academia, healthcare, and the creative arts.
During my clinical training with combat veterans, I grew passionate about addressing the silent crisis of men’s mental health. However, I specialize in helping all my patients become self-aware leaders, make peace with their inner worlds, and guide them to pursue competency and mastery in the realms of work, love, and play. I will take a collaborative and theoretically integrative approach to our work together.
I am also an expert contributor for Psychology Today, an organizational consultant at WorkHaven, and author of “Quiet Your Mind: A Men’s Guide.”

INSURANCE
I am paneled with Mt. Sinai Health Partners; otherwise, I am an out-of-network provider. You may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Coverage for services will vary depending on your health insurance provider and specific plan. I provide the “superbill” form to submit for out-of-network claim filing.
